The Nursery School offers a welcoming, secure and stimulating learning environment, where all children are encouraged to achieve their individual potential by active exploration and discovery through play. The Nursery School is a community school for children aged 2 to 5 years. Each child has a key worker who will visit you at home and get to know you and your child. There are 60 part-time places during school term time. The two year old places are free for children eligible for the Nursery Education Grant. Morning sessions are 9.00am -12.00pm, the afternoon sessions run from 12.45pm – 3.45pm.
We are also able to offer paid full time places providing quality education and care from 8.00am until 6.00pm for 48 weeks of the year. Places are also available from 8.00 am to 3.45pm term time only. Please see the ‘Admissions’ section for more information.
